Designed in consultation with lead designer Chris Brumby, 44 Emma Streets its on a 687-square-metre corner block. It features two floors of sun-drenched living space with five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an expansive kitchen with a butler’s pantry, entertaining areas, swimming pool, gym, cellar and an extra roomy double garage with ample storage. Upstairs are multiple spaces to relax or work, including a rumpus, study and an all-purpose room off the fourth bedroom.
